Patrizia - Owner, head-trainer
Patriza has learned from some incredible horseman, specifically citing Karl Hartman, retired from the German Cavalry. Riding under his guidance from 8 years old, she started from the lungline for years, continuing with him when she worked her way up. She earned an incredible oppourunity to ride & train with Chief Rider Ignaz Lauscha of the Spanish Riding School for around 2 years. Patriza also credits her dressage and riding knowledge/ability to Dr Klimke, who taught her how to present a horse in competition.
Shaz - Management
Having grown up riding in England, Shaz returned to the riding world after moving to America. After completing her bachelors in business(concentrated in motorsports) in Charlotte, NC, Shaz combined her education in management, social media, and leadership with her passion for horses. Shaz currently runs NRV’s socials, and internship program.
Kayla & Michael - Barn staff
We have a very dedicated team whom love and cherish our horses, ensuring their care needs are met morning & night. Kayla & Micheal are incredibly passionate and thoughtful, helping around the barn to keep the property in good shape. Often this means fixing fencing, mucking stalls, organizing the tack room, and ensuring everyone is in the right places. We’re greatful to have such genuine and kind barn staff on our team!
